Pork Chop Suey

  Water/Dry white sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Basic pork mix 1 1⁄2 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)
  Chop suey vegetables 16 Ounce, drained (Mixed Chinese, 1 Can)
  Bamboo shoots 8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chow mein noodles 2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Servings)

In 1 -cup measure combine water, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking.
Set aside.
In 2-qt casserole microwave celery and butter at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in thickened sauce and remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
Microwave at High 6 to 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after half the cooking time.
