Pork Chop Suey
|Water/Dry white sherry||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Basic pork mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce, Defrosted (1 Package)|
|Chop suey vegetables||16 Ounce, drained (Mixed Chinese, 1 Can)|
|Bamboo shoots||8 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chow mein noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs) (4 Servings)|
In 1 -cup measure combine water, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking.
In 2-qt casserole microwave celery and butter at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in thickened sauce and remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
Microwave at High 6 to 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after half the cooking time.
