Oven Barbecued Ribs
|Pork spareribs||4 Pound|
|Bottled barbecue sauce||8 Ounce (1 Cup)|
Preheat oven to 450° F.
Cut spareribs into pieces of 3 or 4 ribs each and arrange in Deep Dish Baker.
Cover with inverted Baking Bowl to create a covered baker.
Bake 1 hour 30 minutes.
Remove ribs to a platter, pour off and discard grease in baker.
With Pastry Brush, brush ribs on all sides with sauce and arrange in baker.
Reduce temperature to 250° F and bake, covered, 45 minutes longer.
