Pork Chops With Whole Wheat Prune Stuffing

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops 36 Ounce (4 Pieces, 9 Ounce Each, 1 1/4 Inches Thick, With Pocket For Stuffing)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dried marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated orange peel 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat bread slices 2 , cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  Pitted prunes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut up
Directions

Brown chops conventionally on both sides.
Set aside.
In small mixing bowl, combine celery, onion and butter.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes.
Stir in marjoram, salt, orange peel and pepper.
Add bread cubes and prunes.
Mix well.
Fill each pocket with one-fourth of stuffing.
Arrange chops on roasting rack with bone-side toward center of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 16 to 21 minutes, or until pork near bone is no longer pink, turning chops over and rotating rack once.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
Garnish each chop with orange zest if desired.
