Pork Chops Shoulder

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Crushed pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White wine 60 Milliliter (3 Tablespoons)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Mix ginger; salt, pepper, paprika and flour. Roll the chops thoroughly and brown them in some hot bacon fat.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the chops. Cover and cook slowly until tender.
3. Thicken the gravy with a little cornstarch and serve with fluffy rice.
