Glazed Fruited Pork Chops
|Center cut pork loin chops||2 Pound (4 Pieces)|
|Ground cloves||1 Dash|
|Condensed beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Orange juice concentrate||1 Tablespoon|
In glass baking dish, arrange pork chops with meatiest portions toward outside of dish.
Place apple and orange slice on each chop; sprinkle with cinnamon and cloves.
Add soup and sugar.
Cover; cook on MEDIUM (5) for 15 to 20 minutes, turning dish once.
Lift chops from dish, arranging on platter.
Combine orange juice concentrate and cornstarch in 2-cup glass measuring cup.
Strain juices remaining in baking dish into measuring cup to measure 1 1/2 cups, stirring to blend.
Cook on HIGH (9) for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Pour glaze over chops.
