Barbecue Pork Chops
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Pork chops||4 (1/2-in. thick)|
|Catsup||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Place chopped onion in 12x8-in glass baking dish.
Microwave at High 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes, or until tender.
Arrange chops over onion with meatiest portions to outside of dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Spoon half the mixture over chops.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave for 7 minutes.
Turn over and rearrange chops.
Spoon remaining sauce over top.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 7 to 12 minutes, or until meat next to bone is no longer pink.
