Sweet Sour Roast Pork

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into strips
  Coarsely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Canned crushed pineapple 8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can/1 Cup)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cooked roast pork slice 4 1⁄2 Inch, trimmed of fat
Directions

Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
In medium skillet over low heat, melt butter.
Saute green pepper and onion about 5 minutes; stir in cornstarch and pineapple.
Heat, stirring, until thickened.
Add vinegar and soy sauce and pour over pork in shallow open pan.
Broil about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
