Sweet Sour Roast Pork
|Green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into strips|
|Coarsely chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||8 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can/1 Cup)|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Cooked roast pork slice||4 1⁄2 Inch, trimmed of fat|
Preheat broiler if manufacturer directs.
In medium skillet over low heat, melt butter.
Saute green pepper and onion about 5 minutes; stir in cornstarch and pineapple.
Heat, stirring, until thickened.
Add vinegar and soy sauce and pour over pork in shallow open pan.
Broil about 5 minutes or until bubbly.
