  Boneless pork 2 Pound, cubed
  Canned bean sprouts 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned water chestnuts 5 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)
  Canned bamboo shoots 8 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), divided
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery stalks 3 , sliced into 1 inch pieces
  Carrots 2 , sliced into 1/8 inch pieces
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In 3-quart casserole, combine; pork, bean sprouts, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, green pepper, green onions, 1A cup water, soy sauce, celery, carrots, sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate.
