Roast Pork With Meat
|Pork boneless rolled rump roast||4 Pound (1 In Number)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Savory seasoning meat blend||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Savory seasoning cook blend||1 Teaspoon|
|Fennel top greens/Spinach leaves||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Ones)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
Unroll pork roast.
Rub garlic and half of the herbs into meat.
Arrange greens over meat.
Reroll; tie roast.
Place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle remaining herbs over roast.
Roast 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until internal temperature reaches 155° on meat thermometer.
Let stand 10 minutes to reach 165° before slicing.
