Oven Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 3⁄4 Pound (2 Pieces)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
  No salt added ketchup 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Reduced calorie maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Trim fat from tenderloins. Place tenderloins on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Combine ketchup and next 5 ingredients; brush over tenderloins. Insert a meat thermometer into thickest part of tenderloin, if desired.
2. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers 160°, basting with remaining ketchup mixture. Let stand 10 minutes; slice diagonally across grain into thin slices.
