Pork Chops Sorrento

Ingredients
  Spaghetti sauce mix with tomatoes 3 Ounce (1 Envelope)
  Mushroom buttons 4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Seasoned salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Loin pork chops 6 (Each 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Mozzarella cheese 8 Ounce, cut into 6 slices (1 Package)
  Green pepper 1 Small, diced
Directions

About 1 hour before serving: In bowl, combine spaghetti-sauce mix, 1 1/2 cups cold water, undrained mushrooms, seasoned salt and pepper.
In large skillet, in hot salad oil, saute chops until golden.
Pour off oil; add spaghetti-sauce mixture; simmer, covered, 40 minutes or until fork-tender, stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper to sauce; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.
Top each chop with cheese slice.
Heat until melted.
