Pineapple Sweet And Sour Pork

Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Large, slivered
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Canned pineapple chunks 20 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (One 1-Pound, 4 1/2-Ounce Can, 2 1/2 Cups)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Pineapple syrup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cornstarch 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Hot cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Brown pork in hot oil.
Season.
Add bouillon.
Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and pineapple.
Blend together next 5 ingredients and add to mixture.
Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
Serve on rice.
