Slow cookers are great for rendering tender meats and rich flavors. They are also a fantastic time saver as all you need to do is place everything in the pot and let it be. Your meal will be excellent! Here is a recipe for curried pork. Serve it with white rice and enjoy!
1 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed and cubed
Red bell pepper
3 Clove (15 gm)
1 Cup (16 tbs)
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
In a small bowl mix flour, salt and pepper.
Rinse a pat dry the pork.
Place on a cutting board and sprinkle with the flour and coat well.
In a slow cooker place the potatoes. Top with the bell pepper, onion, garlia and ginger.Add the pork with the excess flour.
In a small bowl whisk the chicken stock, tomato paste, sugar cumin and curry. Mix well and pour the liquid over the meat and mix carefully.
Turn slow cooker on low and cook pork for seven hours.
Mox cooked pork with fork.
Add coconut milk and mix well, careful not to mash the potatoes.
Serve with rice.
