Yugoslav Pork With String Beans

Ingredients
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1 Large, seeded, thinly sliced (Or 2 Small Size)
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, cut into bite size chunks
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Green beans 1⁄2 Pound, trimmed
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Sour cream 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Heat small amount of oil in large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add onion and green pepper and saute until browned.
Stir in pork, paprika, salt and pepper to taste and continue cooking until meat is browned.
Stir in beans and water, reduce heat, cover and simmer until pork is tender, about 45 minutes.
About 5 minutes before serving, brown flour in small amount of oil over low heat.
Add paprika for color and stir constantly for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add to meat and continue cooking until sauce thickens.
