Pork Chops In Sour Cream

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4
  Seasoned bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1 Small
  Savory/Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Dredge chops in bread crumbs.
Preheat browning dish on HIGH for 5 MINUTES.
Add oil and spread evenly in dish.
Add chops and MICROWAVE on HIGH for 1 MINUTE on each side.
Drain if needed.
In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
Cover.
PROGRAM TO MICROWAVE on HIGH for 5 MINUTES, then on '6' for 18 MINUTES or until chops are tender.
Spoon gravy over chops and serve with rice or egg noodles.
