Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4 , fat trimmed (1-Inch Thick)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Chopped apple 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Herb seasoned stuffing mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded natural cheddar cheese 1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Chopped celery 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut a horizontal slit in each pork chop to form pocket.
In small mixing bowl, combine butter, apples, stuffing mix, cheese, celery, onion, raisins, orange juice and salt; mix well.
Fill each pocket with stuffing mix; secure opening with toothpicks.
In 8-inch square baking dish, arrange pork chops.
Brush with Worcestershire sauce.
TO HEAT BY TIME Cover with wax paper; set Power Select at MEDIUM for 24 minutes.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Cover completely with plastic wrap; heat on COOK 6.
After heating, release plastic wrap.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
