  Pork loin 1⁄2 Pound
Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Teriyaki sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Ginger 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Club soda 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon

1 In a large mixing bowl, mix the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and ketchup together. Dissolve the brown sugar and cayenne powder in the mixture.

2 Place the pork loin on a baking pan or container. Rub the meat with salt and pepper.

3 Get half cup of sauce mixture and pour over the pork loin. Add the garlic and ginger. Pour in the soda. If you do not have extra soda in your refrigerator, you can also use three tablespoons of beer. The components found in these beverages help tenderize the meat and infuse the flavors of the marinade into the pork loin.

4 Place the meat in a resealable plastic bag. You may also use an air tight food container. Refrigerate this for at least four hours and make sure that you are able to turn the meat over to marinate all sides.

5 On a saucepan, heat the remaining sauce mixture. Allow the sauce to thicken before removing from heat, then set aside to cool.

6 After marinating time, drain the meat and throw away the marinade. Place over the grill and cook for eight minutes on each side. Baste with the cooked sauce every four minutes to keep the moisture in the pork loin while cooking.

7 Let the meat rest for three to five minutes before slicing the meat and serving with rice or potatoes on the side.
