Sweet And Sour Pork With Sesame Oil
|Pork||4 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Egg yolk||1 Small|
|Canned pineapple/Peaches / apricots / lichees without juice||2 Ounce (60 Gram Fresh Or Canned Without Juice)|
|Tomato ketchup||4 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cut up the pork into 3-cm (1 -in) cubes; marinate for 30 minutes.
De-seed the pepper and cut into 3-cm (1 -in) pieces.
Cut the onion and fruit into chunks of the same size.
Roll the marinated pork in the 2 tablespoons of cornflour until each piece is well covered.
Deep-fry for 2 minutes, then remove and drain.
Re-heat the deep fat and fry the pork cubes again so they become crisp; drain.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying-pan and fry the onion, green pepper and fruitfor 1 minute.
Add the seasoning sauce and stir continuously until the sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat, add the pork cubes and serve immediately.
