Slow Smoked Pulled Pork Barbecue By The BBQ Pit Boys

Love those Pulled Pork Sandwiches? Try this easy to do recipe for real Barbecue Pulled Pork, all done on a simple backyard BBQ smoker.
Ingredients
  Boston butt 8 Pound (7-8, bone-in)
  Dry rub 1 Cup (16 tbs) (of your choice, as needed)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Trim off the excess fat, and lightly coat the meat with dry rub.
2.Preheat smoker to 225-275 degree F.

MAKING
3.Place the pork on smoker, cover and smoke for about 10-12 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 195 degree F.
4.Remove the meat from flame and wrap it with foil for about 45-60 minutes for the delicate flavor and juices to permeate the meat.

SERVING
5. Pull pork and serve hot with sauce!
