Barbecued Country Style Ribs with Bone

  Country-style pork ribs 5 Pound (Bone In)
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 3 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Jalapeno 3 , finely chopped
  Garlic cloves 3 , minced
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground sea salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon

In a 13-inch by 9-inch by 2-inch baking dish, combine 2 cups orange juice, 3 tablespoons cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger, 3 chopped jalapenos, 3 minced cloves of garlic, and 1/4 cup minced onion. Add 5 pounds of bone-in countrystyle pork ribs, and make sure they are well-coated by the mixture in the dish. Marinate the pork ribs at room temperature for 1 hour, turning the ribs every 15 minutes to maintain coating, if needed. Remove the ribs from the marinade and pour the marinade into a small saucepan. Boil the marinade over high heat until it is reduced by one-third. Add ¾ cup molasses and ¾ cup of ketchup, and cook until thickened, about 20 minutes. Season with 1 ½ teaspoons freshly ground sea salt and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black peppercorns. Meanwhile, brush the pork ribs with about 1 tablespoon olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the oiled and seasoned ribs on an outdoor grill, about 5 minutes on each side. Transfer the browned ribs to a shallow roasting pan that is lined with foil. Place foil over the top to enclose the ribs completely in the roasting pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 2 hours, or until done and very tender. Remove the ribs from the oven and place them on a broiler pan. Use a spoon or pastry brush to cover the top side of the ribs with Betty's Own Barbecue Sauce. Broil in the oven for just a couple of minutes, and then turn each rib, coat the other side, and broil that side for just a couple of minutes. Remove from oven and place ribs on a large serving platter. Slice into serving slices, a place a small bowl of Betty's Own Barbecue Sauce alongside the Barbecued Bone-In Coutrystyle Ribs.
