|Apple sausage stuffing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Insert Automatic Thermometer into the thickest part of meat, being careful not to touch fat or bone.
Place roast, wide end up, on a roasting rack in a 2-quart utility dish.
Connect Automatic Thermometer to the oven.
PROGRAM TO MICROWAVE on '6' until it reaches 110°, or approximately 30 minutes.
Prepare apple sausage stuffing.
Turn roast narrow end up, baste with meat juices.
Stuff cavity lightly.
Place remaining stuffing around the bottom of the roast.
Reposition the Automatic Thermometer.
PROGRAM TO MICROWAVE on '6' until it reaches 165°, then on '2' until it reaches 175°, or remove from microwave, tent with foil and let stand 15 minutes before serving.
