Spicy Fried Pork N Vegetables

Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), sliced
  Thinly sliced onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mushroom caps 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boneless cooked pork 8 Ounce, cut into 3 x 1 inch strips
  Drained canned mild green chilies 3 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Teriyaki sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (No Sugar Added)
  Firmly packed dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

In 12-inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute until browned (be careful not to burn).
Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard garlic.
Add onions and mushrooms to skillet and saute until lightly browned; add pork and chilies and stir to combine.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
In small cup or bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork mixture, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture is thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes.
