Spicy Fried Pork N Vegetables
|Peanut oil/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), sliced|
|Thinly sliced onions||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mushroom caps||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boneless cooked pork||8 Ounce, cut into 3 x 1 inch strips|
|Drained canned mild green chilies||3 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Teriyaki sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon (No Sugar Added)|
|Firmly packed dark brown sugar||1 Tablespoon|
In 12-inch nonstick skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute until browned (be careful not to burn).
Using a slotted spoon, remove and discard garlic.
Add onions and mushrooms to skillet and saute until lightly browned; add pork and chilies and stir to combine.
Cook until thoroughly heated.
In small cup or bowl combine remaining ingredients; pour over pork mixture, stir to combine, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer until mixture is thoroughly heated, about 3 minutes.
