|Bouquet sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lean pork chops||4 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
In small dish, combine bouquet sauce and water.
Place pork chops on roasting rack; brush with half of bouquet sauce mixture.
Cover with wax paper.
Estimate total cooking time.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for half the total cooking time.
Turn over and rearrange chops.
Brush with remaining bouquet mixture.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for remaining time, or until meat is no longer pink.
