Crispy Pork Bites
|Lean pork||1 Pound, finely ground|
|Onion||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1/3 Package)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , lightly beaten|
|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Tomato sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mango chutney||2 Tablespoon|
Put sausage and onion in a medium-size skillet and cook until sausage is lightly browned and crumbly.
Spoon into a medium-size bowl and add cream cheese, parsley, mustard and fresh bread crumbs; mix.
Shape into small balls trying to make the surface smooth.
Dip in beaten egg then roll in dry bread crumbs until evenly coated.
Chill until ready to cook in hot oil.
To make Chutney Sauce, put Tomato Sauce in a medium-size saucepan and stir in chutney; heat through.
