Marinated Tenderloin of Pork

Ingredients
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound (500 g)
  Soya sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Brandy 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over pork tenderloin and marinate for at least 1 hour at room temperature.
2. Broil slowly turning frequently and basting with marinade until brown and crispy.
