Marinated Pork In Foil

Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed (750 Gram)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (125 Milliliter)
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, finely sliced
  Tomatoes 2 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a bowl combine oil, thyme, chives, parsley, garlic, bell pepper, salt and pepper and mix well.
Add pork and baste, then set aside in a cool place to marinate for 2 1/2-3 hours, basting occasionally.
Cut doubled sheets of aluminium foil into large squares.
With dull side down and sides turned up, spoon portions of pork and marinade onto foil, seal with a top twist, place on the grid over hot coals and cook for 35-40 minutes.
