Fruited Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork loin chops/Rib chops 4 (About 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Canned pineapple chunks 8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Pitted prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried apricots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bottled sweet and spicy french salad dressing 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French salad dressing 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook pork over medium heat until brown; drain.
Place pineapple, prunes and apricots on pork.
Pour dressing over fruit and pork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
