Fruited Pork Chops
|Pork loin chops/Rib chops||4 (About 1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Canned pineapple chunks||8 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pitted prunes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bottled sweet and spicy french salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|French salad dressing||3 Tablespoon|
Cook pork over medium heat until brown; drain.
Place pineapple, prunes and apricots on pork.
Pour dressing over fruit and pork.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 20 to 25 minutes.
