If my pork chops were only bigger on this video, then I would probably call it Pork Chop Especial. And if you are like me who are tired of the ordinary fried pork chop then you must try this Pinoy recipe. It is so easy to make and taste good at the same time. It is very simple and does not require a lot of ingredients.
250 Gram (use as per serving minimum - 250 grams for a serving of 4)
1 Teaspoon, ground
1 Tablespoon, grated
1. In a plate/shallow dish or bowl mix all the dry ingredients- salt, black pepper and bread crumb.
2. Coat the pork chops with the powder mixture.
3. In a non-stick pan or skillet heat some cooking oil to a medium high heat and fry the coated pork chops until golden brown.
4. Serve with a garnish of few cilantro leaves if desired.
