Pork Chop Meal

Ingredients
  Uncooked rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Pork chops 4 , cut 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick
  Tomato 1 , sliced
  Green pepper 1 , sliced in rings
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Canned beef broth 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Place rice in buttered 2-quart rectangular casserole.
Brown meat in skillet over medium-high heat; arrange on top of rice.
Place slice of tomato, green pepper and onion on each chop.
Add broth.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 60 minutes.
Test chops with a fork for tenderness.
If moisture has evaporated, add water and Worcestershire sauce.
