Sesame Pork Brochettes

Ingredients
  Lean boneless pork loin 1 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon, toasted and divided
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Low-sodium soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Cooked couscous 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Cooked Without Salt Or Fat)
Directions

1. Trim fat from pork; cut pork into 1/4-inch-wide strips. Place pork in a shallow dish. Combine honey, 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds, and next 4 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour over pork. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours.
2. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. Thread pork onto 12 (10-inch) skewers. Place skewers on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 5 1/2 inches from heat 4 minutes. Turn and baste with reserved marinade; broil 4 additional minutes or until done.
3. Place couscous on a large serving platter. Arrange skewers over couscous, and sprinkle with remaining 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
