Pork With Bean Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork 4 Ounce (125 Gram)
For marinade
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon
For seasoning sauce
  Barbecue sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Pinch
Directions

Cut the pork into matchstick pieces, and marinate for 30 minutes.
Mix the seasoning sauce and adjust the sugar to taste.
Deep-fry the pork for 30 seconds and drain well.
In a dry frying-pan reheat the pork shreds.
Add the sauce, mix well over a gentle heat and serve.
