Smokehouse Barbecued Pork

Ingredients
For sauce
  Firmly packed brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Country style dijon mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ketchup 14 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
For pork
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Inch)
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound (Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces)
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced 1/8 inch
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid smoke 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon slices 3
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat buns/16 small sandwich b 8
Directions

In 3-quart saucepan stir together all sauce ingredients.
Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through (5 to 10 minutes).
Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet melt butter until sizzling.
Add all remaining pork ingredients except buns.
Cook over medium high heat until meat is browned (13 to 18 minutes).
Add pork mixture to barbecue sauce.
Serve barbecued pork in buns.
