Pork Chops Stuffed With Mushrooms
|Onion||1 Medium, minced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), minced|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Thick loin chops with pockets||4|
Saute onion in butter until transparent; add mushrooms, several leaves of thyme, parsley and crumbs.
Mix well; remove from heat.
Season to taste; stir in egg.
Stuff chops; brown in small amount of fat in skillet.
Place in greased casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
