Glazed Pork Tenderloin Appetizers
|Pork tenderloin||12 Ounce (1 Piece)|
|Tomato preserves/Orange marmalade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Liquid smoke||2 Drop|
|Party rye slice||16 (About 2 Inches In Diameter)|
1. Place pork tenderloin on rack in dish. Cover tightly and microwave on medium (50%) 12 to 14 minutes, turning tenderloin over after 6 minutes, until done (160° on meat thermometer).
2. Mix preserves, salt and liquid smoke. Cut pork diagonally into thin slices. Spoon preserves mixture over pork. Place 2 slices pork between 2 slices rye bread. Serve with additional tomato preserves if desired.
