|Pork back ribs||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Chili sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Currant jelly||2 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
1. Prepare charcoal fire for grilling. Arrange pork ribs, meaty sides up, in rectangular dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, rearranging pork after 5 minutes, until almost no pink remains.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in 1-cup measure. Cover and microwave on high 1 to 2 minutes or until jelly is melted; stir and reserve.
3. Place pork, bone sides down and 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, on grill. Cover and grill 20 to 25 minutes, brushing with sauce several times during last 10 minutes of grilling, until done (170° on meat thermometer).
