Pork Loin With Applesauce

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork loin roast 4 Pound
  Applesauce 1 Pound
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), packed
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine flour, salt, mustard and pepper; rub over roast.
Place fat side up in roasting pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine applesauce and all remaining ingredients; spread over roast.
Bake for 1 hour longer.
