Hungarian-style Pork

  Red cabbage 1 Pound (450 Gram)
  Cooking apples 2 Large
  Raisins 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Butter 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pork chops 4 Large
  Barbecue flavor 1 1⁄2 Ounce (43 Gram Packet, Homepride Coat & Cook)
  Watercress sprig 1 (For Garnish)

Preheat oven to 190°C/375°F/Gas Mark 5.
Wash and slice the cabbage.
Peel and slice the apples.
Place the cabbage, apples and raisins in a shallow, ovenproof dish.
Dot with pieces of butter and season well.
Cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until the cabbage is soft, but has not lost its shape.
Meanwhile coat the pork chops with Barbecue flavour Coat & Cook, according to pack instructions.
Cook under a moderate grill for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chops, until they are crisp and golden brown.
Serve on top of the red cabbage, garnished with watercress.
