Pork Chops 'N' Stuffing
|Finely chopped onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Finely chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Regular margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Fresh bread cubes||6 Cup (96 tbs) (1/2 Inch Size)|
|Dried parsley flakes||2 Teaspoon|
|Poultry seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chicken broth||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pork chops||6 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Canned condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place onion, celery and butter in 12x8x2" (2qt.) glass baking dish.
Cover and microwave at high setting 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 3 minutes.
Stir in bread cubes, parsley flakes, poultry seasoning and chicken broth; mix well.
Spread stuffing mixture in even layer in same baking dish.
Arrange pork chops on top of stuffing, with meaty sides to outside of dish.
Blend together chicken soup and milk.
Pour over chops and stuffing.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at medium setting (50 percent power) 40 minutes, or until meat next to bone has lost its pink color, rotating dish one quarter turn after 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
