Mushroom & Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops

  Pork loin chops 6 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Cheddar cheese 4 Ounce, grated (1 Cup/100 Gram)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Tablespoon/15 Gram)
  Onion 1 Small, finley sliced
  Button mushrooms 2 Ounce, finely chopped (1/2 Cup/ 50 Gram)
  Cooked rice 2 Ounce (2 Tablespoon/50 Gram)

Slice through the pork chops horizontally from one end, leaving a border on two sides to form a pocket.
Cook the butter on high for 1 minute, add the onion and mushrooms and cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir in the rice.
Spoon the stuffing mixture into the pockets in the pork chops and secure with wooden cocktail sticks.
Arrange the chops in a dish with the thickest parts to the outer edge. Cover and cook on high for 5 minutes. Rearrange and turn the chops, then continue to cook them for a further 9-10 minutes on medium. One minute before the end of the cooking time sprinkle with the grated cheese or brown under a conventional grill (broiler).
