Curried Pork Slices
|Pork slices||4 (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Curry paste||60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)|
|Sesame oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
Mix the oil and curry paste together, add the pork slices and coat with the paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a browning dish to maximum according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the slices, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the meat over and cook for a further 4 minutes. Let them stand for 3 minutes.
Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
