Curried Pork Slices

Ingredients
  Pork slices 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Curry paste 60 Milliliter (4 Tablespoon)
  Sesame oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
Directions

Mix the oil and curry paste together, add the pork slices and coat with the paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat a browning dish to maximum according to the manufacturer's instructions. Add the slices, cover and cook for 4 minutes. Turn the meat over and cook for a further 4 minutes. Let them stand for 3 minutes.
Serve with baked potatoes and salad.
