Pork Roast With Vegetables
|Pork roast||4 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Chopped onion||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned lima beans||40 Ounce (2 Cans, No.2 Size)|
|Canned peas||40 Ounce (2 Cans, No.2 Size)|
|Canned green beans||28 Ounce (1 Large Can)|
|Barbecue sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Rub roast with salt; place in large pan on bottom rack of oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Combine onions, potatoes, beans, peas, green beans, salt to taste and pepper; cook until potatoes are tender.
Slice roast into 1/2-inch slices.
Cover evenly with vegetables.
Pour sauce over vegetables; spread out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
