Pork Roast With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Pork roast 4 Pound (1 Piece)
  Salt To Taste
  Chopped onion 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Potatoes 6 Large
  Canned lima beans 40 Ounce (2 Cans, No.2 Size)
  Canned peas 40 Ounce (2 Cans, No.2 Size)
  Canned green beans 28 Ounce (1 Large Can)
  Pepper To Taste
  Barbecue sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Rub roast with salt; place in large pan on bottom rack of oven.
Bake at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
Combine onions, potatoes, beans, peas, green beans, salt to taste and pepper; cook until potatoes are tender.
Slice roast into 1/2-inch slices.
Cover evenly with vegetables.
Pour sauce over vegetables; spread out evenly.
Bake for 30 minutes longer.
