Thai Deep Fried Crispy Pork Belly

Try out this simple and easy Thai crisp pork belly recipe for a delicious snack. This quick and easy recipe is just what you need when guests make an unannounced entry. Surprise your guests by serving them this mouthwatering snack that is ready in minutes.
  Pork belly 1 Pound
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Cooking oil 4 Cup (64 tbs)

Take a pan and add water. Bring water to boil. Add vinegar, 1 tsp of salt and add pork. Cook till soft and tender. Turn off heat and let cool. Make criss-cross slits of 1 ½ inch depth all along. Rub with vinegar and salt. Keep aside to cool completely.
Take a wok and add oil. Set at medium high. Deep fry pork till golden brown and crispy. Cut into small bite size pieces and serve.
