Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 3 Pound
  Cracked pepper To Taste
  Orange marmalade 4 Ounce
Directions

Place pork on cooking rack, fat side up.
Coat fat with pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Remove from oven; coat with marmalade.
Return to oven.
Bake until tender
