Sweetened Dijon Grilled Pork Loin
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Maple syrup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Spiced rum||1 Ounce|
|Pork loin||1 , cut into 1/2 inch thinkness, roughly 6-8 cuts per loin|
1 In a microwave safe bowl add the 1/2 cup brown sugar and the 1/4 cup honey.
2 Place it in the microwave for 25 seconds and stir once.
3 Removed from the microwave and then stir in 1/4 cup maple syrup.
4 Add in 1/4 cup of Dijon Mustard and stir well.
5 Pour in 1 oz Spiced Rum and stir (this step is optional)
6 Take the Cut Pork Loin and dip in the Sweet Dijon sauce.
7 Place on the middle shelf of the grill on a med-low heat for slow cooking.
8 Check every 8 minutes and turn.
9 Coat again with the Sweet Dijon Sauce as needed.
10 Remember that this is meant to be slow cooked and if you didn't have a medium shelf place on the lowest shelf at a low heat.
11 Serve hot on individual serving plates.
