Sweet And Sour Pork

A simple to make Sweet and Sour Pork recipe.
Ingredients
  Boneless pork 1⁄2 Pound, chop (chop into chunks or bite size pieces)
  Beef broth 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, mince
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chop
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
For the cornstarch
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the pork into small chunks or bite size pieces.
2. Chop the onions, celery and carrots; mince the garlic, set aside.
3. In a bowl combine the cornstarch and water, set aside.

MAKING
4. In a wok pour oil and sauté the garlic over high heat for 10 seconds or until brown, add the pork and stir fry for 3 minutes, add the vegetables and stir.
5. Add beef broth, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar and finally the cornstarch, stirring until the sauce thickens.

SERVING
6. Serve the sweet and sour pork along with steamed rice.
