Breaded Smoked Chops
|Dry bread crumbs||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
|Ground thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|French fried onion rings||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), crushed|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Smoked pork chops||4 , cut 1/2-inch thick|
1. Preheat microwave browning grill for 8 minutes on HIGH.
2. Combine crumbs, thyme and onion on wax paper. Beat together egg and water in shallow bowl.
3. Dip chops into egg mixture; coat with crumb mixture. Place on preheated grill.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 6 minutes. Turn chops over and continue cooking on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
