Baked Pork Chop With Stir Fried Pork

Yumm..pork chops and stir fry pork ..enjoy a spread of delicious pork cooked with passion. The video recipe is your guide to cooking pork in two distinct styles, yet the end result being the same - delicious pork that melts in your mouth.
Ingredients
  Pork loin 2 Pound
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

Marinate the pork chops with all the ingredients for the chops. Spread on a baking tray. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes on each side.
For the stir fry pork , chop pork into bite size pieces. Take a wok and add 1 tbsp of oil. Add garlic and stir for 10 seconds. Add the pork pieces. Stir and cook till the pork is done. Add the vegetables. Stir. Serve.
