Skewered Pork Appetizers

Ingredients
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cut in 3/4-inch cubes
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander seed 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Brown sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put pork in small mixing bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or longer.
Arrange on individual skewers and grill or broil slowly under preheated broiler 25 minutes, or until done, turning occasionally.
