Tawny Pork Roast

Place roast, fat side down, on a microwave plastic roasting rack in a 12- x 8-inch baking dish.
Cover roast with waxed paper.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH half the estimated time.
Rotate dish halfway through first half of microwaving time.
Remove roast from oven.
Pat dry and coat thoroughly with Brush-On-Browner.
Microwave at MEDIUM-HIGH remaining half of time or until temperature reaches 165Â°.
Check for doneness by inserting standard meat thermometer into lean part of roast.
If more cooking is desired, microwave at MEDIUM-LOW until temperature reaches 165Â°.
Let stand, covered with waxed paper, while making Tawny Gravy.
