Seasoned Stir Fried Pork And Peppers
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Lean pork||1 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes|
|Broth/Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, diced|
|Celery stalks||2 , sliced|
|Green onions||2 , cut in 1/2 inch slices|
|Soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and pork and stir-fry until meat is lightly browned.
Add broth and salt, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and stir into mixture.
Simmer until thickened and clear.
