Seasoned Stir Fried Pork And Peppers

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Lean pork 1 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  Broth/Water 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Green peppers 2 Medium, diced
  Celery stalks 2 , sliced
  Green onions 2 , cut in 1/2 inch slices
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in skillet.
Add garlic and pork and stir-fry until meat is lightly browned.
Add broth and salt, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
Add vegetables and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 5 to 6 minutes.
Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce and stir into mixture.
Simmer until thickened and clear.
